Traditional Bread and Meat Dish

Recipe

Diced beef is placed in a pot and left to cook with a small amount of water and salt. Sourdough bread cut into small pieces is placed on a plate. The meat is then poured over the bread together with its cooking liquid and served. To prevent the tirit bread from becoming doughy, firm and stale bread is preferred.
