Recipe
Eggplants sliced into rounds are fried in oil and transferred to a tray. In a separate pot, the chicken is boiled and then shredded once cooked. Tomato paste sautéed together with onions is poured over the eggplants. The shredded chicken is placed on top, after which the dish is ready to be served.
