Grape Leaves Stuffed With Minced Meat

The washed vine leaves are boiled. After minced meat, tomato paste, and onions are sautéed in vegetable oil, mint, parsley, and spices are added. Rice and bulgur are then incorporated, completing the filling. The leaves are carefully wrapped around the filling to approximately finger thickness, arranged in layers in a pot, and cooked.
