Flour, water, salt, and yeast are mixed to obtain a pourable batter, which is then left to ferment. The batter, with a consistency similar to boza, is ladled or poured from a bowl onto a hot sac griddle greased with tail fat. The dough is cooked until browned on both sides and is then brushed with butter before serving.
