Seasoned Sun-Dried Tomatoes, commonly consumed at breakfast, are prepared by first soaking the dried tomatoes in water to soften them. After approximately ten to fifteen minutes, the tomatoes are drained and seasoned with spices such as whole black pepper, coriander, red pepper powder, rosemary, and garlic. A small amount of olive oil is then added, and the mixture is transferred into jars, which are sealed tightly. To ensure vacuum sealing, the jars are boiled in water for a short period. After resting for one day, the sun-dried tomatoes are ready for consumption and are typically served topped with tulum cheese and walnuts.
